Case:
A PoC (proof of concept) Exact Synergy Enterprise (ESE) environment, Exact Globe Next database converted to ESE.
Due to the fact that we used a seperate server for the PoC, we had another AD (Active Directory) 'administrator' user then in the live Globe Database. So changed that NT account directly in dbo.humres.
I have been able to create a request, logged in as this administrator user.
But then, when testing the request, the error message in the header occurred.
Solved the issue by putting the administrator account in the NT-user field in humres, for another user which has the Professional/Administrator roles as well. Then functionally logged in as the other user, deleted roles for the administrator, added them again, changed back NT-user field and it worked.
